A scenario based on the assumption that no mitigation policies/measures will be implemented beyond those that are already in force and/or are legislated or planned to be adopted. These serve to highlight the level of emissions that would occur without further policy effort. The Global Landscapes Forum (GLF) is the world’s largest knowledge-led platform on integrated land use, dedicated to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and Paris Climate Agreement.
