Description

As a kid, my parents shared with me their passion and respect for nature, from not stepping on beautiful daisies, to teaching me the importance of recycling. During high school, Environmental Sciences was the subject that I enjoyed studying the most, and this is why I then decided to graduate in this topic. After my B.Sc. I understood that I wanted to have a wider view on environmental issues and on the ways humans tackle environmental crisis, hence I took a M.Sc. degree in Forest and Nature Conservation at Wageningen University (NL), with a specialisation in Policy and Society. During the M.Sc. I have been an Intern at FAO, in the Social Forestry Team, and after I graduated, I worked as a fundraiser for the RSPB, a wildlife conservation charity. For the past 4-years, I have been working with the Global Landscapes Forum as Youth Coordinator.
