Description

María Elena Gutiérrez is an industrial engineer by training with a master's degree in Sustainable Development and Conservation Biology from the University of Maryland (USA). She has more than 15 years of experience working on environment, conservation, climate change, circular economy, economic integration and international negotiations. She has experience in working with the Private Sector, Government, International Cooperation and civil society actors to implement local, regional and national initiatives.
