Description

Marina has been working for more than 15 years in the areas of agricultural value chains and climate change. She has been dedicated to building networks and strategies to increase deforestation-free production, in addition to fostering low-carbon agricultural practices and social rights in the commodity sector such as soy and livestock in the Amazon rainforest and the Cerrado of Brazil. Graduated in Agronomic Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP), Marina has a master's in Tropical Agriculture from the University of Bonn, Germany.
