Bio

Olivia Elliot is an Advisor in the International Finance Corporation’s (IFC) Sustainable Protein team where she offers technical expertise to IFC’s livestock clients on areas such as decarbonization and deforestation. Olivia lived in East Africa for 10 years where she advised companies on fundraising, regional expansion, and access to export markets. Previously, she worked for the Gatsby Foundation, including a 2-year secondment to the Tanzanian Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment where she led investor visits to the country. Olivia holds a First Class MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MBA from I.E. Business School in Madrid.

The Global Landscapes Forum (GLF) is the world’s largest knowledge-led platform on integrated land use, dedicated to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and Paris Climate Agreement. The Forum takes a holistic approach to create sustainable landscapes that are productive, prosperous, equitable and resilient and considers five cohesive themes of food and livelihoods, landscape restoration, rights, finance and measuring progress.
